Rotation of Heads of Divisions in Vilnius County Police

Vilnius County Police Headquarters implements the rotation of heads of territorial divisions. These changes were initiated in order to strengthen the efficiency of the organisation, ensure transparency and promote the professional development of the heads.

Rotation of Heads includes these police units:

Arvydas Sinis, Head of Vilnius District Police Unit takes office as the Head of Vilnius City Second Police Unit.

Daiva Britovienė, Head of Švenčionys District Police Unit is assigned to manage Vilnius District Police Unit.

Almantas Lukša, Head of Elektrėnai District Police Unit starts working as the Head of Ukmergė District Police Unit.

Saulius Kazlauskas, Head of Ukmergė District Police Unit is assigned to manage Elektrėnai District Police Unit.

Erik Jalovik, Head of Vilnius City Second Police Unit will now be the Head of Širvintos District Police Unit.

Sigitas Urbonas, Head of Širvintos District Police Unit is transferred to Švenčionys District where he will be the Head of the Police Unit.

This rotation of heads is part of a long-term strategy to ensure that managers' knowledge, experience and good practices are disseminated among the different police units. It is also a great opportunity to strengthen communication with communities and promote continuous improvement of activities.
