Reception of residents

Personal service – both upon arrival at Vilnius County Police Headquarters or its structural unit, and by telecommunication means – is carried out in accordance with the Standard for Service of Individuals in Police Institutions, approved by the Order of the Commissioner General of the
Lithuanian Police of 25 September 2024 No. 5-V-937 “On the Approval of the Standard for Service of Individuals in Police Institutions”.

The reception of individuals by the Chief of Vilnius County Police Headquarters is organized by an employee of Vilnius County Police Headquarters. For the reception by the Chief to be performed, it is required prior registration by e-mail [email protected], specifically indicating the essence of the appeal. Taking into account the topic of the question (request), the person may be offered a meeting with the Deputy Chief of Vilnius County Police Headquarters or the head of another structural unit, according to their competence.

Individuals, who came to Vilnius County Police Headquarters, and those who wish to submit a request or a complaint are serviced by Vilnius County Police Headquarters Operational Management Unit personal service specialists at address Vilnius, 26 T. Ševčenkos str., on working days from 7 am to 7.30 pm. Information is provided by phone +370 700 60000. After working hours, on holidays and days off, guests are welcomed by the staff of the Operational Management Unit, phone +370 700 56007.

An application and a written complaint may be submitted directly by a person or his/her representative upon arrival to Vilnius County Police Headquarters or its structural units prior sending a request or a complaint by post or electronic means: via the information system www.epolicija.lt or by e-mail [email protected]. Oral requests can be submitted directly on arrival to Vilnius County Police Headquarters or its structural units or by electronic means: via phone call or by means of audio-visual remote transmission and recording.
