A new police recruitment campaign has launched: "It is your turn. To defend. To protect. To help." More and more people today are choosing not only to change jobs, but to completely shift their career paths.
We are encountering more and more colleagues in the Lithuanian police force who worked in different industries before donning the uniform, gaining professional experience, developing competencies, and looking for a meaningful place to apply them.

Sharing their journeys will be Vytautas Daukšas, Head of the Šiauliai Regional Branch of the Police Department's Internal Affairs Division, Laura Dabašinskienė, Community Officer at the Šakiai District Police Station of the Marijampolė County Police Headquarters, and Miglė Keturkienė, Chief Investigator of the Document Examination Division within the Police Department's Forensic Science Bureau.
